IMX Resources Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company, which is engaged in the exploration for minerals. The Company operates through Exploration segment, which is further split between the geographic location of the projects, being Australia, Tanzania and Canada. The Company holds approximately 5,800 square kilometers tenement package at the Nachingwea Property in south-east Tanzania. The Nachingwea Property hosts the Chilalo Graphite Project, the Ntaka Hill Nickel Project, and the Kishugu and Naujombo Gold Prospects. The Chilalo Graphite Project is located within the Mozambique belt. The Kishugu Gold Prospect consists of a gold-in-soil anomaly measuring six Kilometers by 600 meters. Naujomo is a gold-in-soil anomaly, located 35 kilometers north-east of Kishugu. It completed a drilling program consisting of around 58 reverse circulation holes for approximately 3,810 meters and seven diamond holes for 554 meters for the Shimba deposit.
