The Company, through its subsidiary Elixir Petroleum (Petra) LLC, owns a 50% working interest across all leases in over 30,000 net acres in Washington County, Colorado, the United States. The Company's Pompano Project is also an oil and gas field, and exploration project. The Moselle Permit is located in north-eastern France in the Saar-Lorraine Basin. The Company's subsidiaries include Elixir Petroleum (Australia) Pty Ltd, Elixir Petroleum (Moselle) Ltd, Cottesloe Oil & Gas LLC and Cottesloe Oil & Gas Inc.
